SEECA Cancellation Policy:

If the event is cancelled by SEECA or the Hotel then 100% of the Retreat and Charter Bus will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. The Hotel will refund according to their own policy.

COVID Cancellation:  If the pandemic limits your ability to participate in our program, you will receive a full refund of your Retreat and Charter Bus fees minus 10% processing fee. This applies if you have flu-like symptoms, or if you are unable to come due to government enforced restrictions or pandemic-related airline cancellations.

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the Retreat date, will receive a 100% refund of the Retreat and Charter Bus fees minus a 10% processing fee. The Hotel will refund according to their own policy.

Cancellations made within 4 - 6 days in advance of the Retreat date will receive 80% of the Retreat and Charter fees. The Hotel will refund according to their own policy.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after Oct 19, 2022.
